Optimise your sending time with the Reaction report

The detailed Reaction report allows you to find out more about how your recipients respond on receiving your newsletters by providing you with additional evaluation options. The Reaction report also shows subscriptions and unsubscriptions over time.

How does the Reaction report work?
The Reaction report lets you choose between a ‘Mailing’ section and a ‘List’ section. In the ‘Mailing’ section, you simply select the mailing whose reaction distribution you want to view. In the ‘List’ section, you can view the subscriptions and unsubscriptions over time for each list. What is more: The reaction distribution over time plus subscriptions and unsubscriptions are displayed for up to 14 days. This lets you easily derive the best sending time within your target group.
