LOW FAT: from "Digital Communications" to "Internet & Email Marketing"
LOW FAT has dropped the "Digital Communications" from its name and has taken on the bye-line "Internet & Email Marketing".
Greg Reardon of LOW FAT states that the reason for the name change was to ensure that LOW FAT's name was aligned to their current approach to their service offering. "Digital Communications, has, too an extent, become an outdated term within the Internet arena. It is too broad and given the need to provide expert service, does not convey the focussed expertise that is necessary in today's Internet climate."
"We identified the need and demand from business to provide an expert service that speaks to business needs - Customer Acquisition, Customer Conversion and Customer Retention - using Internet and Email marketing"
LOW FAT's ideology is "Using the Internet and your Website as a Business and Marketing Tool". Drawing from this ideology LOW FAT's service are structured around 3 core services:
1. Visitor Acquisition - getting potential customers to visit your website
2. Visitor Conversion - getting potential customers to complete an action that has a measurable value to your business
3. Customer Retention (email marketing) - developing relationships and building customer loyalty
